Every order is shipped tracked. Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and most of the EU usually takes 3–7 business days. The UK, Switzerland and Norway take 5–8 business days, and the US and Canada 7–10 business days. The estimate for your own country is shown at the top of every page and again on the product page before you order.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and it is free on orders over €100. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Orders may be shipped from the Netherlands or directly from one of our international fulfilment partners.

Orders shipped from within the European Union to an EU destination are not subject to additional customs duties upon delivery.

Orders shipped from outside the European Union, including orders dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and/or handling fees depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by the customs authorities and local carriers in the destination country and are not controlled by Boudoir Cosmetics.

For eligible online purchases, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. Please email info@boudoirponytails.com before sending your parcel; posting a parcel alone does not replace a clear withdrawal notice. Return eligible goods within a further 14 days after notifying us. Ordinary outer packaging may be opened for inspection. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. The methods available to you are shown at checkout, along with the icons at the bottom of every product page. We never see or store your card details.
