All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any product.

In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

All content on this Site  including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, brand elements, and design is the exclusive property of Boudoir Cosmetics or its licensors and is protected under Dutch and EU intellectual property law. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

7. Shipping

We offer worldwide tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance. Boudoir Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or external courier issues.

You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional delivery charges that may apply to international shipments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boudoir Cosmetics will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Damage caused by improper use of the products, including but not limited to use that does not follow instructions. 
Our liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid for the product in question.
