All prices on our website are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is fulfilled. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-orders have the estimated dispatch time stated on the product page. Delivery estimates apply after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, rates and estimates. We remain responsible for the goods until you or your designated recipient receives them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
For eligible online purchases, you have a statutory 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal. Ordinary packaging may be opened for inspection; any lawful exception for unsealed hygiene goods is explained separately. Your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
