Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Every order is shipped tracked. Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and most of the EU usually takes 3–7 business days. The UK, Switzerland and Norway take 5–8 business days, and the US and Canada 7–10 business days. The estimate for your own country is shown at the top of every page and again on the product page before you order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and it is free on orders over €100. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Will my whole order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. Our products are fulfilled from different locations, so an order containing both a ponytail and skincare can be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. You are only ever charged shipping once, even when an order is split across several parcels.

Customs & import charges

Orders may be shipped from the Netherlands or directly from one of our international fulfilment partners.

Orders shipped from within the European Union to an EU destination are not subject to additional customs duties upon delivery.

Orders shipped from outside the European Union, including orders dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and/or handling fees depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by the customs authorities and local carriers in the destination country and are not controlled by Boudoir Cosmetics.

Returns & payment

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@boudoircosmetics.com and we'll make it right at no extra cost. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. The methods available to you are shown at checkout, along with the icons at the bottom of every product page. We never see or store your card details.

Products

Where can I find answers about a specific product?

Questions about the ponytails — how to put one in, how to choose a shade, heat styling and washing — are answered on each ponytail page: Luna and Mermaid. Questions about the cream — ingredients, skin types and how to apply it — are answered in the Skincare section.
