For Canada: Received the Wrong or a Defective Product?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@boudoircosmetics.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a solution right away — whether it's a replacement or a refund.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local taxes.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse delivery due to unpaid duties, the shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Address Issues & Delivery Errors

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned, we will offer re-shipping — but the new shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
