Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping across the Netherlands and Europe at a flat rate of €5.99 per order. Free shipping is available on orders above €50.

Delivery Times

Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2 to 3 business days. For the rest of Europe, please allow 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via PostNL for domestic orders and PostNL International or DHL for European destinations.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If there is no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@boudoircosmetics.com and we will assist you.
