What is Snail Mucin and how does it benefit my skin?
Snail mucin is a naturally derived ingredient rich in glycoproteins, hyaluronic acid, and glycolic acid. It helps deeply hydrate the skin, improve elasticity, and support the skin's natural repair process. Our Snail Mucin Face Cream combines this hero ingredient with niacinamide and additional active botanicals for visible results.
What skin type is this suitable for, and how often should I use it?
Our cream is suitable for all skin types. For combination or dry skin, we recommend using it twice a day, morning and evening. For oily skin, use it once a day, applied in a thin layer.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped from within the European Union to an EU destination are not subject to additional customs duties upon delivery.
Orders shipped from outside the European Union, including orders dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and/or handling fees depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities and/or local carriers in the destination country and are not controlled by Boudoir Cosmetics.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@boudoircosmetics.com and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
If I order a cream and a ponytail together, will they arrive in the same package?
Yes — sometimes your order may arrive as separate shipments. Some of our products are fulfilled from different locations, so a cream and a ponytail ordered together can occasionally be sent in separate packages and arrive on different days. Don't worry, you're only ever charged for shipping once, even if your order is split into multiple deliveries.
