At Boudoir Cosmetics, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You may return eligible products within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unopened and unused, still in its original sealed packaging with the foil intact, and in the exact same condition as when it was delivered. A valid proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt must also be included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, products whose original seal or foil has been broken, products that are no longer in their original packaging, or items that show signs of damage due to misuse or improper storage.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 15-day return window by emailing info@boudoircosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@boudoircosmetics.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve this for you at no additional cost.
