We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and other important details.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that the following strict hygiene and packaging conditions are fully met:

The product is unused and in original condition.

The protective seal must be fully intact (unbroken, unpeeled).

The product is returned in its original box, without damage (no dents, tears, stains, or writing).

All included items (inserts, samples, accessories) must also be returned.
If these conditions are not met, we cannot issue a refund, in accordance with our strict hygiene and product safety standards for cosmetics.
Returns that do not meet these standards will be disposed of and will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and legal compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to improper repackaging.

Promotional or discounted products (unless faulty).

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.
We also do not offer refunds for change of mind, skin reactions, or product preferences. Please ensure the product is suitable for your skin by checking the full ingredients list before purchase.

We offer tracked international delivery to Canada, but please note:

Return shipping costs from Canada are not covered by us.

Customs, import duties, or delays are outside of our control.

If returning a product from Canada, use a tracked method and email proof of shipment to: info@boudoircosmetics.com.
🧴 Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the item and its packaging.

Your full name, order number, and a short description of the issue.
Send to: info@boudoircosmetics.com. We will assist you as a priority and arrange a refund or replacement if the issue is confirmed.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels, so please ship with tracking.
